What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Shipping:
What is your lead time?
Our production time is typically 7 to 10 business days from the moment you place your order. If you have not received a shipping update within two weeks, please contact us at info@monoprisma.com.
What are the available shipping methods?
We work with DHL and FedEx for door to door deliveries within the European Union, and we also offer pickup from our studio.
Once your order is ready, we will send you your tracking number.
If we anticipate any delay, we will let you know by email. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Once your lamp ships, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location within the European Union.
Do You ship Internationally?
We currently offer shipping within the European Union. We’re working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for future updates!
What happens if I do not claim my package in time?
If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed within the courier’s timeframe, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
Products:
How are Monoprisma products made?
All Monoprisma products are designed and produced in our studio. Each lamp is made using additive manufacturing, then carefully finished and assembled by hand before shipping.
What filament do you use?
Our choice of materials is guided by sustainability. We use filaments that include recycled content whenever possible, helping us reduce the need for virgin plastic production.
Our main materials are:
rPLA & PLA Matte
- made from plant based resources such as cornstarch and sugar cane
- chosen for their refined finish and everyday suitability
- rPLA also includes recycled content, helping reduce material waste
rPETG & PETG
- made with recycled content
- durable and well suited for functional parts
- chosen for its strength, control, and clarity in printing
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Yes. We do offer custom and personalised orders. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to discuss it with you.
How do I care for my Monoprisma lamp?
Wipe your lamp with a soft, damp cloth for everyday cleaning. If needed, you can rinse the shade under cold water, but always make sure the lamp is unplugged and the bulb is removed first.
For tougher marks, mild soap is fine, but the lamp should never be placed in a dishwasher.
Avoid exposing your lamp to high temperatures, as this may cause warping or deformation.
Are bulbs included?

What kind of bulb can I use in my lamp?
Our lamps are compatible with LED bulbs. For a warm, cosy glow, we recommend warm white bulbs in the 2700K to 3000K range. Smart bulbs such as Philips Hue can also be used, provided they fit the specified socket.
How do I change the bulb?

What's the warranty on Monoprisma lamps?
All Monoprisma products are covered by a 2 year warranty under European Union consumer law. If your product is defective, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.
If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the issue and the applicable remedy.
Are Monoprisma lamps safe for children and suitable for pets?
Our lamps are designed for everyday home use. As with any electrical product, they should be used with care and according to the provided instructions. Keep cords, bulbs, and electrical parts out of reach of small children and pets where necessary.
Cancellations & Returns:
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To do so, please email info@monoprisma.com and include your order number.
Can I return my order?
We offer free returns within the European Union. If you would like to return an item, simply contact us at info@monoprisma.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return.

Can I exchange my order?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.
Can I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@monoprisma.com and include your order number and photos where possible.
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the unopened package, notify the courier where possible, and inspect the product carefully after unboxing.

Do you offer wholesale, retail, or dropshipping?
Yes, we offer retail and selected wholesale partnerships after consultation. We do not offer dropshipping.
Do you do influencer or content creator gifting?
We love collaborating with creative content creators and photographers. Contact us at hermione@monoprisma.com, and we will get in touch if we think it is a good fit.
Do you offer discounts?
